Have You Won at bingo en réseau?
Congratulations! Here’s how to claim your prize.
To claim your prize, Loto-Québec’s offices must receive the required documents within 90 days of your win.
Whether you choose to claim your prize by mail or in person, you must provide the following documents:
- The prize claim form that was given to you at the bingo or Kinzo hall
- Photo ID (or a photocopy of the latter if you claim your prize by mail)
- The original winning bingo sheet
Make sure the back of the winning bingo sheet is filled out.
Prize of $3,000 or less
You can claim a prize of $3,000 or less directly at the bingo hall where you won.
Prize of $3,000.01 to $9,999.99
You can claim any prize of $3,000.01 to $9,999.99 by mail or in person.
By mail: Send your prize claim to the Loto-Québec head office. A cheque made out to the person who signed the winning bingo sheet will be sent to the mailing address indicated on the back of the sheet.
In person: Call the Loto-Québec Customer Relations Centre at 1-866-611-5686 to make an appointment. The Customer Relations Centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (except on statutory holidays).
